Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Exterior Maintenance Assistant Manger FullTimewhose primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior grounds of Fleet Landings 125acre luxury retirement community campus in Atlantic Beach Florida. This role involves managing landscaping grounds keeping and exterior facility maintenance to ensure a safe aesthetically pleasing and functional environment for Residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the maintenance of lawns gardens trees shrubs and other landscaping elements.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of exterior structures including walkways parking lots fences and outdoor recreational areas.
Ensure that all exterior operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Identify and address potential hazards promptly.
Schedule and prioritize work assignments for the grounds keeping team.
Coordinate seasonal landscaping projects including planting and mulching.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.

Experience:

At least 5 years experience in the grounds maintenance or a related field. Must have at least 3 years of commercial landscaping management experience.
