Job Description
WerecurrentlyseekingaRevenueManager located in or near Tampa FL. The Revenue Manager is responsible for the implementation and daily oversight of revenue management systems at assigned properties. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze performance and implement strategy that will maximize a communitys return on equity to the company.
*Must accommodate a Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office) and reside in or near Tampa FL or be willing to relocate

- Developandexecutedetailedrevenuemanagementprogramimplementationplans
- Establishreviewandacceptanceprotocolsforraterecommendationsforbothsiteteamsandpricingmodel
- Ongoingreviewofnewleaseandrenewalparametersamenityvaluesleasetermscompetitordataandotheroptionalparameters
- Evaluates properties rental revenue performance against financial objections and works with management to address variances. Executes pricing strategies to enhance revenue
- Monitoradoptionandcompliance
- Analyzemarkettrendsandcompetitorperformance
- Developandmaintainbenchmarkingcapabilitiesagainstbothinternalandexternalsources
- Conductcompetitorpropertyandsubmarketanalysisincludingshoppingthecompetition
- Identifyandimplementrevenuemanagementbestpractices
- Innovatenewprocessesthathelpdriverevenueperformance
- Developdailyweeklymonthlyandadhocreportingasneeded
- Performoperationaldataminingandanalysis
- CommunicatewithVicePresidentsAssetManagersPropertyandRegionalManagersregardingpricingchangesrenewalratesandproposedpropertyadjustments
- Prepareagendasandfacilitateinternal/externalmeetings
- Beproficientandknowledgeableonallsoftwareprogramsusedintheleasingprocessatthecommunitiesandcoachcommunityemployeestoeffectivelyusethesystemsandtools
- Conducttroubleshootingandproblemresolution
- CreateandconducttrainingforManagementandsiteteamsonrevenuemanagement
- Strongplanningandorganizationalskills

Skills&Qualifications:
- BachelorsdegreepreferablyinAccountingorFinance
- Equivalenttrainingandrelatedexperiencewillbeconsidered
- 2 years experience using Revenue Management pricing models (REBA Rent LRO Yieldstar AIRM)
- KnowledgeofEntrata&Excelpreferred
- 2yearsMultifamilyindustryexperience(PropertyManagerAssetManagerOperations)
- StrongAccountingandFinanceknowledge
- Criticalthinkingskillsandabilitytoprioritizeandmultitaskinafastpacedenvironment
