About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Math Learning Center Manager at Mathnasium in Charlotte NC. As the leading mathonly learning center in the country we are dedicated to helping children excel in math and love learning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the learning center
- Supervise and support a team of math instructors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students
- Conduct assessments and create customized learning plans for students
- Communicate with parents about student progress
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in education mathematics or related field
- Prior experience in education or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for math education and helping students succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $42000.00 $60000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
