Job Description
- Recruit train and lead a team of insurance advisors
- Achieve sales targets through the agency model
- Build and nurture strong relationships with advisors and customers
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for advisors
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Candidate should spend at least 1 year in current organisation.
- 1 year NBFC/Banking/Insurance experience is must.
- Candidate should be presentable with good communication skills along with the knowledge of their current org. product.
