Job Description
Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and insightful Automation Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their automation needs assessing their current systems and providing strategic consultation on optimizing their business processes through automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate complex automation solutions in a clear and consultative manner. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires flexibility to take calls in multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis:
- Conduct indepth consultation calls with clients to understand their automation requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend necessary changes to align with business goals.
- Assess client clarity on automation objectives existing processes and their understanding of automation capabilities.
- Solution Advisory & Feasibility Assessment:
- Provide strategic advice on automation platforms such as Zapier Make Microsoft Power Automate Python and JavaScript.
- Conduct thorough feasibility research to determine the viability of proposed automation solutions.
- Offer insights on system integrations business process automation and optimization strategies.
- Project Estimation & Budgeting:
- Prepare highlevel time effort and budget estimates during client calls.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals outlining scope timelines and cost structures.
- Communicate the investment required and expected ROI effectively to clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Listen attentively to client perspectives to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives through effective communication.
- Provide clients with insights on best practices automation trends and industry standards.
- Create a proper development/ plan for the engineering team.
- Actively coordinate with the engineering team for any queries and liaise with clients for any changes improvements or clarifications.
- Handle client objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay uptodate with emerging automation technologies and platforms.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies to provide cuttingedge solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance automation strategies.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in technology or solution development.
- Proven experience in automation consulting or a similar advisory role.
- Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Zapier Make Microsoft Power Automate Python and JavaScript.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes and automation requirements.
- Adept at providing strategic recommendations with a clientfirst approach.
- Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and strong observation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle clients from the USA Europe Australia and Asia regions.
