1Password is seeking an experienced customercentric product marketer to support marketing and gotomarket (GTM) strategies for our enterprise segment. This role will own the research strategy and narrative development that connects the value of our Enterprise Password Manager (EPM) and Extended Access Management (XAM) solutions to enterprise decisionmakers including CISOs CIOs and IT leaders.

As the voice of the customer you will conduct market and customer research to uncover key pain points competitive insights and evolving security challenges shaping messaging and positioning that deeply resonates with large enterprises. You will define ICPs create compelling solution and product narratives define segmentspecific playbooks and enable marketing teams with the insights and tools needed to drive pipeline growth adoption and expansion.
This role demands a strong crossfunctional leader who can collaborate closely with marketing product and gotomarket teams to align strategies develop effective storytelling optimize messaging within integrated campaigns and create GTM playbooks that accelerate growth in the enterprise segment. Your ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies will be essential to 1Passwords success.

An understanding of enterprise workforce cybersecurity challenges is critical. This role requires experience with enterprise buyers ranging from heads of IT/Security to CIO/CISOs. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) identity access governance (IGA) device security and related areas is desired. A successful candidate will be comfortable operating at the intersection of technology marketing and strategy.

This position is remote (open to candidates located in the US and Canada).

What were looking for:

    • Experience: 57 years of product marketing experience with 3 years of cybersecurity industry experience preferred. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Cybersecurity & Enterprise Segment Insight: Knowledge of enterprise security challenges including identity and access management identity access governance MDM authentication and workforce cybersecurity. Knowledge of AI concepts is highly desired.
    • Experience working closely with Enterprise GotoMarket Teams: Proven ability to support GTM strategies that successfully capture demand growth and adoption within the enterprise segment. Strong content creation and sales enablement skills.
    • Storytelling Aficionado: Strong storytelling and messaging skills with experience translating technical solutions and product capabilities into compelling business value.
    • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align and influence crossfunctional teams.
    • DataDriven Mindset: Advanced ability to analyze data to measure success and refine gotomarket strategies for improved results.
    • Certifications: Product marketing (e.g. Pragmatic Institute Product Marketing Alliance) and security fundamentals (e.g. Forrester Zero Trust Security) are an asset.

    • Own the Enterprise Narrative & Messaging: Develop compelling messaging that connects enterprise buyer pain points to 1Passwords unique value propositions driving differentiation in a competitive landscape.
    • Enable Marketing: Equip marketing teams with tailored customer insights buyer journeys and enterprise messaging for effective integrated campaign strategies.
    • Enable Sales: Equip GTM teams with training content and tools to drive strategies tailored to the enterprise segment..
    • Measure and Optimize: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess GTM effectiveness optimize messaging strategies and refine approaches based on datadriven insights.
USAbased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $146000 USD and $198000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health dental 401k and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

Canadabased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $134000 CAD and $182000 CAD plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health dental RRSP and many others) utilization of our generous paid time off an equity grant and where applicable participation in our incentive programs.

At 1Password we approach each individuals compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

While we are a remotefirst company occasional travel for inperson engagement will be a part of this role. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities and may include but is not limited to annual departmentwide offsites team meetings and customer/industry events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the US.
