Human Resources opportunity located in Mt Airy NC
Onsite position; 5 days a week
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team and support our onsite team in Mt Airy NC. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including local hourly production recruiting onboarding employee relations and performance management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a production environment and is passionate about helping employees thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal support and partner with functional managers to deliver the required human resources services and solutions that align with business goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies procedures and benefits.
- Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support Operation Leader with health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Support HR leadership with various projects including policy updates workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $65000 $70000
