Why You Will Love this Job:
Under the direction of the Sr. Channel Manager the Strategic Channel Partner Manager will drive revenue growth for the industrial generator distribution channel. This role will involve managing relationships with dealer and distribution partners as well as building new channel partner pipelines. The channel includes distribution dealers direct accounts and other marketing/sales channels.
This Strategic Channel Partner Manager (Generators) will drive new channel program activities and metrics aimed at improving overall channel performance. This role will develop programs that advance existing distributor/dealer performance including lead generation stocking indexes crossterritory policies performance rebates and similar mechanisms to ensure proper management of the channel.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partner stakeholders
Resolve channel conflicts and ensure healthy distributor and dealer ecosystem
Maintain program for onboarding new distribution partners
Distributor and dealer enablement & support
Provide regular business reviews and performance feedback to channel partners
Track and report on channel partner KPIs
Optimize channel partner processes to improve operational efficiency
Drive partner compliance and adherence to policies programs and agreements
Create and implement inventory stocking requirements rebate programs and related support programs for product categories and market segments.
Understanding legal regulatory and compliance issues affecting Power Systems channel partners and their respective areas of responsibility.
Manage and create necessary policy and practices dealer programs distributor programs and other channel programs and guides
Review distributor and dealer branding application and assist in the development of policies and requirements that assure Rehlko is properly represented.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Sales Business or relevant industry required.
35 years of experience managing relationships of distributor/dealer partners
35 years of experience with building new channel partner pipelines
35 years of market experience in Power Generation Generators Heavy Industrial Equipment or Durable Goods is preferred
Experience developing programs that advance existing distributor/dealer performance (stocking indexes crossterritory policies performance rebates)
Experience with P&L and/or budgeting.
Proficiency and Language:
Presentations and public speaking as required for channel partners internal management and others.
Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in effective use of all Microsoft 365 products.
Keen analytical mind be strong on planning detailoriented and be a demonstrably creative thinker.
Substantial skills in written and oral communication at all levels of management and with outside contacts.
Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI
Work Mode: Hybrid 23 days onsite
Travel required for meetings and development as needed onsite in Kohler WI
