Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Location: Jacksonville FL (Hybrid Remote Available)
Compensation: $65000 $80000 (Based on Experience)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both autonomy and collaboration is passionate about providing toptier client service and is ready to take the lead in managing a wellestablished book of business.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage a solid diverse book of commercial lines accounts with confidence and care

  • Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering proactive solutionsfocused service

  • Handle new and renewal submissions process endorsements and ensure accurate invoicing

  • Review contracts and policies for accuracyyour keen eye keeps us on point

  • Prepare certificates proposals summaries and other key documents

  • Keep a pulse on renewals helping strategizeretention and client satisfaction

  • Troubleshoot any issues related to claims audits cancellations or carrier concerns

  • Work independently and as part of a driven collaborative team

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A current Florida 220 or Property & Casualty license

  • Prior experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting

  • Confidence managing midtolarge market accounts

  • A strong understanding of commercial coverage lines (admitted and nonadmitted)

  • Excellent communication skillsyoure someone clients trust and team members respect

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease

  • Familiarity with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
