Job Description

Summary

KCITs Enterprise Communications team is seeking 3 IT Production Engineers who will be responsible for replacing Microsoft Teams Shared Devices and POTS lines in King Countys 170 office locations. The candidate must have indepth knowledge of VoIP & POTS technology including the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve level 2 and level 3 issues. This includes but is not limited to configuring installing maintaining and repairing devices automatic ring down lines duress systems paging systems notifications systems and VoIP Analog Gateways.
