Integration Developer

The company is searching for a talented and passionate Integration Developer a role that is crucial and integral to our growth. This position is pivotal in developing implementing and maintaining integrations between various systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and optimized business processes. The Integration Developer designs builds tests and maintains integrations and web services between different systems. They work to ensure data flows smoothly and efficiently between applications often using APIs and other integration technologies. This role involves understanding business requirements collaborating with different teams and resolving integrationrelated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development and Maintenance: Develop enhance and maintain integration software and web services.

2. System Integration: Integrate new and existing systems including hardware and complex software applications.

3. Problem Solving: Identify document and resolve system issues and integration problems.

4. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation training materials and testing procedures for integration processes.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams business analysts and other IT staff to understand requirements and ensure successful integration.

6. Data Flow Management: Manage data flows between systems including data loads extractions and transformations.

7. API Expertise: Work with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to connect systems and facilitate data exchange.

8. Technical Design: Design and implement integration architectures and solutions that meet business needs.

9. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure the integrity and reliability of integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. 13 years of experience in integration development with a strong understanding of integration principles and patterns.

3. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java Python C# JavaScript) at an intermediate to advanced level.

4. Experience with various integration platforms and technologies such as APIs (e.g. REST SOAP) web services ETL tools (e.g. Informatica Talend) and message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka).

5. Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

6. Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

7. Knowledge of database systems and data modeling.

8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
