1. General Job Description
As a Mobile App Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining mobile applications that provide a seamless and engaging user experience. You will collaborate with designers backend developers and product managers to deliver highperformance secure and scalable mobile apps.
2. Specialized Mobile App Development Roles
Depending on your expertise you may specialize in:
- iOS Developer Develops iOS apps using Swift ObjectiveC and SwiftUI.
- Android Developer Builds Android apps using Kotlin and Java.
- CrossPlatform Developer Works with Flutter React Native or Xamarin to build apps for both iOS and Android.
- Mobile UI/UX Developer Focuses on user experience animations and accessibility.
- Mobile Backend Developer Develops API integrations and cloudbased solutions for mobile apps.
- Augmented Reality (AR) & AI Developer Works with ARKit ARCore and AIpowered features in mobile applications.
3. Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Mobile Development or a related field.
- Experience in mobile app development using Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
- Familiarity with crossplatform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs JSON and GraphQL.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design guidelines (Material Design Apple Human Interface Guidelines).
- Experience with thirdparty SDKs Firebase and mobile analytics tools.
- Knowledge of version control (Git GitHub GitLab).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize apps for performance security and scalability.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level); German is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with cloud services (AWS Google Firebase Azure).
- Knowledge of mobile security and data encryption.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Previous experience in ecommerce FinTech healthcare or IoT mobile apps.
