Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Ensuring that product deliveries meet the highest quality standards.
- Actively seeking information about the market trends opportunities and other to understand how our business operates.
- Leading a product team participating in demand planning and capacity planning sessions managing and prioritizing the product backlog gathering and contributing on demand business cases ensuring we maximize value for development time.
- Monitoring and evaluating product performance as stated in purpose of role acting as needed to improve.
- Be a role model for the product craft and a spokesperson for product within Cabonline. Communicate and own the products issues independently.
- Deliver on and improve Product KPIs both business and IT KPIs.
- Promoting a good work environment in a systematic way according to central guidelines.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in the IT domain with a proven track record of driving IT deliverables.
- Expertise in working within architecturally governed environments.
- At least 3 years of experience leading development teams.
- Proficiency in working with integrated SaaS components as a core part of the IT landscape.
- Background as a technically focused Product Owner (PO) or Project Manager (PM).
- Experience collaborating closely with business units in a leadership role.
- Bachelors degree or corresponding experience in an area or subject of computer science or software engineering or any other related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
