Under the direction of the Community Services Manager this position is responsible for providing a variety of customer service functions for our health care services we provide in the community and in our congregate living programs.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will provide support to our Community Services programs by providing reception duties and will frequently be the initial contact for clients and other individuals using our Intake services. Other responsibilities include:
This position requires you to be available for every other weekend.
