Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional service to wholesale customers assisting them with their parts needs
- Ensure proper stocking and organization of incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Accurately price and update parts and accessories in the system utilizing the correct pricing sources
- Keep customers informed about current promotions and special offers
- Uphold the companys values in every interaction with customers colleagues and vendors
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a wholesale parts department especially in Audi or similar brands
- Preferred: Sales experience in the automotive industry
- Preferred: Knowledge of CDK software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a processdriven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Saturdays
