What youll be spending your time on:
- Shape the 3rd party partnerships product Vision: Define and drive the product strategy for Payoneers partnerships serving the needs of both enterprise customers and external partners. Build a roadmap that enables scalable integrations platform extensibility and partnerled innovation.
- Deeply Understand Enterprise and Partner Needs: Work closely with platform clients fintech partners marketplaces and technology providers to understand their goals and build solutions that enable seamless collaboration and monetization.
- Lead and Mentor the Product Team: Build and develop a highperforming product team. Set clear priorities create a strong product culture and drive across multiple workstreams.
- Orchestrate CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in the company to ensure endtoend delivery of ecosystem capabilities that are secure scalable and aligned with company goals.
- Enable GoToMarket Success: Work closely with sales partnerships and marketing to craft compelling valuepropositions for enterprise clients and partners. Define integration journeys and support commercial scaling efforts.
- Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs for partner and platform adoption usage and satisfaction. Use insights to continuously improve productmarket fit user experience and business impact.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- Experience: 7 years of experience in product management with significant time spent building for enterprise clients and/or partner ecosystems in fintech SaaS or platformbased businesses.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Experience designing and scaling APIs partner platforms or embedded fintech integrations. Strong understanding of how to create value in twosided platforms.
- Partner Mindset: Proven success building products for sophisticated customers and external stakeholders balancing custom needs with platform scalability.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business strategy into product across multiple domains and stakeholders.
- Fintech & Infrastructure Acumen: Familiarity with financial services infrastructure (payments compliance reporting KYC) and integration patterns (APIs webhooks SSO data exchange).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex product decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike.
