Your role:
In this dynamic role youll design implement and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals ensuring system reliability and success. Youll work handson with customizing Sales Service and Experience Cloud functionalities with a key focus on integrating the Experience Site ordering system with SAP to ensure smooth errorfree data flow between SAP and Salesforce.
Additionally youll work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements improve processes and develop scalable solutions. Youll also play a crucial role in reducing quality claims by helping build a robust Quality Management System in Salesforce. Furthermore youll mentor the Salesforce Administrator team up with your colleagues to maintain topnotch system performance and coordinate with the Salesforce Program Manager to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical health availability and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem ensuring optimal functionality to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond the Salesforce Administrators scope providing quick solutions and guidance to help them develop problemsolving skills
- Maintain code quality through thorough code reviews comprehensive testing and smooth integration processes
- Design and implement user interfaces that meet usability and accessibility standards ensuring an intuitive user experience
- Stay current with Salesforce updates recommend improvements and contribute to development planning by prioritizing new features and functionalities

Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development with a passion for Technical Consulting and seamless integrations
- Strong background in Salesforce Solution Design delivering both custom and outofthebox features across Sales Service and Experience Clouds
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations including API integrations SAP CPIs and EDI with a special focus on SAPtoSalesforce integration
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning components and other Salesforce technologies with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II highly valued
- Exceptional organizational skills time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying aligned with business goals
