Job Description

As theDirector of Growth Operations you will partner with senior leadership and our Chief Growth Officer to craft and execute forwardthinking growth strategies identify emerging business opportunities and deepen strategic client relationships.
This role is a cornerstone of our growth organizationbalancing highlevel strategy with handson across account planning pipeline development and customer engagement. Your leadership business acumen and strategic mindset will help position MetroStar for continued success in the competitive government contracting arena.
The Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the Chief Growth Officer leading the orchestration of growth initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. The ideal candidate brings not only a deep understanding of the full business development lifecycle but also a practical appreciation for how modern technologies especially AI and automation can enhance outcomes and drive efficiency across growth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee across account planning pipeline development capture and proposal operations to support enterprisewide growth goals.
- Partner with teams across Growth Delivery and the Innovation Lab to ensure seamless alignment on strategic pursuits and toppriority initiatives.
- Champion the integration of intelligent technologies including AIdriven tools to improve forecasting market analysis capture planning and proposal delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and leverage datadriven insights to uncover new market opportunities and inform growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders to support business expansion and reputation.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on growth opportunities competitive positioning and operational improvements.
- Drive continuous process optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability across the growth lifecycle.
- Define and track performance metrics aligned to the growth teams OKRs delivering regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in business development or growthrelated roles within the government contracting space including 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to work across the full BD lifecyclefrom strategic account planning through proposal development.
- Familiarity with the potential of AI and advanced analytics to enhance both external offerings and internal operations across growth.
- Demonstrated use of technology and tools to improve workflow efficiency decisionmaking and strategic outcomes.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and motivate highperforming teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a history of building trusted internal and external relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a datainformed approach to decisionmaking.

If a projected salary range is posted for this position it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStars total compensation.
Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
