About the role:
Trustpair is searching for aSenior Product Manager to join our talented team. Working within our Connect team youll build a solid vision to embed the full value of Trustpair within the P2P (Purchase to Pay) partner ecosystem and unlock new growth opportunities.
Our Product Managers collaborate with several teams at Trustpair from our Cofounders to Engineering to Revenue. As a Senior PM youll also bethe face of Trustpair towards major product partners and act as a subject matter expert on vendor fraud along the P2P chain.
What youll do:
Product Vision & Roadmap
- Build a solid vision to embed the full value of Trustpair within the P2P (Purchase to Pay) partner ecosystem and unlock new growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain a product plan aligned with strategic goals and a focus business value
- Collect requirements from clients partner solution integrators internal teams and other stakeholders
- Define feature specifications (user and data flows sample dataset prototypes etc)
- Ensure technical feasibility and optimization with the Engineering & Data teams
- Define what success looks like and drive its delivery with high level of autonomy and minimal guidance
- Build and nurture a strategic product which meets our clients needs and user pain points
Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Be the face of Trustpair towards major product partners and act as a subject matter expert on Payment Fraud along the P2P chain
- Collaborate closely with Presales implementation specialists and PMM to drive clarity about API products value and scope
- Meet with clients to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs
- Take a high level approach in situations of ambiguity align stakeholders and ensure resolution
- Provide updates to senior leadership on progress roadblocks and key metrics

Musthaves:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS
- Experience in building successful API and UIbased products and driving successful deep product integrations
- Basic experience in managing and negotiating product partnership (including solution integrators)
- Excellent communicator who can build a compelling vision of the team and share internally and externally
- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g. Productboard Jira Notion Figma Metabase Looker) for backlog prioritization roadmap development and data analysis
- Strong ability to develop customer empathy across multiple geographies to build a global product that scales across key geographies
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences
- Fluent in English & French
- Past exposure to Purchase to Pay solution (ideally ERP or Source to Pay)
