Summary:The Plant Manager is responsible for all facets of the daytoday operation of the manufacturing facility including Employee Safety Food Safety Quality Production Warehousing Maintenance Engineering Sanitation and GPS (Lean Manufacturing) activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The incumbent will create an environment which promotes individual and team commitment to the achievement of the operating plan & the Companys Purpose Driven Strategy both strategically as well as tactically.

Ensure production of safe product in a safe way
Drive implementation of the GPS/LEAN enterprise and continuous improvement cultural transformation
Fosters a positive engaging morale and an inclusive and participative environment
