Job Description
Encora is seeking a Program Manager to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Domain knowledge: 5 years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicle would be a big plus
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects 2M in terms of revenue OR 20 in terms of team size).
- Experience on Agile methodologies
- Strong track record of building and leading highperforming teams
- Hands on Selfdriven Solution oriented and Customer focused
- Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and fast arrive at their solution. Foresighted decision making is a key to success in this role.
- Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud APIs Webservices
- Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems
- Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations
- Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues debug and arrive at solutions
- Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations.
- Communication skills Excellent written oral and presentation skills
Education and Years of Experience:
- Years of Experience: 10 in the Automotive industry
- 5 years Program/Project Management experience
- 2 years experience in status reporting to Csuite executives
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Experience on Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud APIs Webservices
