Were seeking two motivated individuals to join our School Based Team as a fulltime therapist one therapist will be working at Cherry Creek (Middle School and HS) and the other therapist will be in Littleton (Middle School and HS). These positions provide behavioral health consultation biopsychosocial assessment counseling and evidencebased interventions to individuals groups and/or their families in a school setting. School Based Therapists ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote the most optimal outcome for each of our clients.

To Succeed in this Role Youll Need:

  • A Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related field.
  • Active licensure OR registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field including assessment evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidencebased counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and traumainformed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

This is a fulltime position working Monday Friday with an annual salary of$58000$60000 for someone unlicensed and $65000 $72000 for someone holding their LPC LCSW or LMFTdepending on experience and/or licensure.AllHealth Network also provides a 10 compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required).

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network compensation range for this position. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training merit and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The wages provided here are just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include shortterm and longterm incentives as well as a generous benefits package as outlined below.
