WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

As the Growth Marketing Manager at Helix youll report directly to our COO and play a critical role in accelerating our gotomarket efforts. Helix is reimagining how wealth managers leverage alternative investmentsbringing intuitive digitalfirst solutions to a traditionally complex space. Your job is to make sure the right people know that.

Youll be responsible for building and executing growthfocused marketing campaigns that drive awareness spark interest and generate qualified leads. From social and email to SEO and beyond youll experiment optimize and own fullfunnel strategies that move the needle.

Working closely with Sales and Success teams youll help scale a nextgen investment experience for wealth managers and their clientstranslating product value into meaningful engagement and business outcomes.

This is a handson highimpact role perfect for a creative datadriven marketer excited to roll up their sleeves and help build something from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute innovative datadriven marketing strategies to generate highquality leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels including social media email search (SEO/SEM) and more.
  • Own and execute the fullfunnel marketing process from audience targeting and creative development to landing page creation retargeting performance tracking and continuous optimization.
  • Champion the Helix brand across all initiatives ensuring consistent compelling messaging that elevates our presence in the wealth management industry.
  • Leverage analytics and marketing insights to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing resources including budgets platforms vendors and agency partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on growth marketing in financial services fintech data/AI or B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in enterprise marketing with a focus on growth strategies. Direct to consumer experience is a bonus.
  • Skilled in developing compelling marketing materials and presentations to support campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint; able to translate complex ideas into clear visually engaging content that drives action.
  • Handson experience in lean or startup environments comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Uptodate on the latest marketing trends and tools with a curiosity for emerging tech and software.
  • Bonus: Understanding of alternative/private market investments.
  • Bonus: General familiarity with Generative AI and large language models.
  • Selfstarter with a passion for fintech and a drive to make an immediate impact.
  • Must be based in Charlotte NC and available to work inoffice 4 days per week.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

The expected starting salary range for this position in Charlotte is between $100000$125000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
