Krause Auto Group is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to serving our customers needs and emphasizing employee satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detailoriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team and support our financial operations.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing invoices for 6 dealerships and thisrole requires accuracy organizational skills and the ability to handle high volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify process and record vendor invoices and payment transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Record credit card transactions and reconcile credit card activity
- Ensure all payments and processes comply with company policies and are made timely
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for accounts payable activities
- Assist with monthend closing processes
- Research and follow up on past due items
- Communicate effectively with vendors internal departments and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in an accounts payable role in the automotive industry is required
- PriorCDKexperience is required
- Excellent organizational timemanagement skills and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles
- Selfstarter and the ability to work well individually and within teams
