Welcome to River Realtys ListedtoSettled process. A carefully built ultraslick workflow that fuels the success of our Sales Agents across the Hunter Valley. It doesnt run itself. Thats where you come in.

Joining our inhouse Essential Services team youll work alongside a sharp crew of real estate administrative and marketing legends whilst also collaborating closely with our skilled offshore partners. Youll be the bridge the glue the steady hand that turns great service into exceptional outcomes.

From a newly listed property through to final settlement your eye for detail and processdriven approach will ensure every box is ticked every communication is on point and every transaction is seamless.

On offer is a very competitive salary for the right candidate with the right experience and the potential to also earn bonuses/commission on a regular basis.

Your DaytoDay: Where Precision Meets Purpose

  • Administering the custombuilt ListedtoSettled process its the heartbeat of our operation.
  • Managing and maintaining our Trust Account system in our CRM (Agent Box) like a total pro (receipting invoicing and dispersing of funds)
  • Mastering appointment scheduling with a sixth sense for timing.
  • Performing data entry with lightning speed and laser precision.
  • Owning client and stakeholder communications and being a calm confident voice they can trust.
  • Teaming up with our offshore admin rockstars to keep the engine humming.
  • Quality control for marketing going to agents and clients for approval and administering any changes required.

What Were Looking For: Skills with Spark

  • Prior real estate or conveyancing experience This will be held with extremely high regard.
  • An obsession with detail and a passion for process.
  • Superhuman organisational skills and the ability to prioritise like a boss.
  • An innate ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Clear confident communication; both spoken and written.
  • Techsavvy and digitally confident across a range of platforms.
  • Naturally customerfocused and ethically grounded.
  • A goodspirited team player who knows when to laugh (and when to knuckle down).
