The TD Modeling Engineer is a key member of the Industrial Engineering (IE) team within the Technology Development (TD) organization. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a base manufacturing flow for a given technology node focusing on the TD Development POR (dPOR) and collaborating with TD colocated sites. The Modeling Engineer will also manage cost and contingency list (CL) planning to ensure each Technode meets its manufacturing cost targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business processes for TD Development POR (dPOR) and capacity reservation.
  • Collaborate with TD partners to plan for future product introduction and manage development POR flows.
  • Maintain Model of Record (MOR) process flows and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate potential capital and materials cost impacts of proposed changes in MOR.
  • Design and coordinate projects that support key global partners and ensure successful implementation of new innovations.
  • Available to travel internationally to other countries (Singapore Taiwan or Japan) as required up to 10 to support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 23 years of semiconductor experience.
  • Understanding of semiconductor fabrication tool configurations capabilities and processes.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL JMP Python and Tableau or PowerBi.
  • Proven ability to plan drive and complete projects effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with planning and reporting systems (PDM MES production scheduling logic Data Navigator GeRM).
  • Basic understanding of financial planning concepts.
  • Excellent multitasking timemanagement organization and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical problemsolving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams.
