Compensation
Pay ranges from $18$21/hour based on experience and availability
Fulltime position with leadershiplevel visibility and internal growth opportunities
Parttime position for experienced individuals with a flexible schedule

Job Summary
As the Facilities and Equipment Lead at ChickfilA Liberty you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest and team member experiences a clean wellmaintained and fully operational environment. You will oversee preventative maintenance coordinate with vendors manage facility work orders and keep kitchen tools and equipment in top working condition. In summary you will ensure that our restaurant continues to operate with efficiency and excellence.
Facilities & Equipment Lead Responsibilities
Personally complete or coordinate repairs for all restaurant equipment
Maintain all kitchen dining room and drive through equipment including soda machines tea brewers ice machines and coffee brewers etc.
Maintain both exterior and interior facility brand standards including lawn landscaping parking lot storage and garbage enclosures etc.
Perform monthly facility walk throughs to proactively identify and address repairs
Organize and maintain onsite and offsite storage areas including key parts drawers
Clean kitchen hood vents biweekly and replace water filters every 6 months
Inspect and replace broken or worn kitchen tools as needed
Oversee and manage the UpKeep work order system
Coordinate vendor services for repairs landscaping pressure washing booth cleaning and more
Ensure equipment and tools meet brand standards with no EcoSure or Health Department violations
Organize and maintain storage areas inventory paths and parts drawer
Collaborate with CFA Facilities for new equipment installs
Qualifications and Requirements
Handson solutionsoriented mindset
Excellent attention to detail and followthrough
Comfortable communicating with vendors Team Members and Directors
Must be able to lift 2550 lbs
Must be able to work on your feet and climb ladders
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be mechanically inclined with experience in machine repair and maintenance
Must be organized and able to manage daily work orders and checklists
Available to work up to 6 days/week (MonSat) if needed and respond to PM emergencies if needed
Experience with facilities or maintenance preferred but not required
Must be able to work in Liberty Missouri
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
