We are seeking a strategic proactive and handson Head of R&D Operations to serve as the operational right hand to the SVP of R&D. This pivotal leadership role within our global technology organization of 550 professionals ensures seamless scalable growth and strategic enablement across geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate is a visionary operational leader who excels at financial management strategic growth and crossorganizational alignment.
To thrive in this role youll need:
- 10 years experience in global large scale 200 R&D) R&D Engineering or Technology Operations leadership roles.
- Proven track record in scaling global engineering organizations strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Strong experience in financial management infrastructure scaling and workforce planning.
- Skilled at managing global development centers outsourcing strategies and crossorganizational operations.
- Experienced in building and driving brand and developer relations strategies.
- Exceptional communicator strategic thinker and proactive executor.
- Analytical metricsdriven approach to operational leadership.
How youll make an impact:
As a Head of R&D Operations youll bring value by:
- Lead and optimize R&D and IT operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute strategic growth and operational plans.
- Manage budgets capacity planning and workforce allocation.
- Oversee infrastructure compliance and continuous process improvements.
- Drive employer branding (DevRel) and crossorganizational initiatives.
- Support onboarding people enablement and knowledgesharing efforts.
- Ensure effective data management and performance tracking.
