Field Service Engineer

Philadelphia PA

My client is urgently seeking aField Service Engineer (FSE)to supportmedical imaging systemsinPhiladelphia PA. This role requires someone with Nuclear imaging MRI or CT experience(nuclear preferred). The FSE will workindependently from homebut must beoncall for site visits as needed with a6080 travel requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and networking issues for nuclear imaging MRI and CT systems.
  • Support installations maintenance and emergency service calls in Philadelphia.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve serviceability and reliability.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in medical imaging service ideally from GE Philips or Siemens.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Nuclear imaging experience preferred followed by MRI.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in resolving issues.
