Sr. Admin Assistant to support HR and Finance Monday Friday with option to remote 12 days a week after 90 days The ideal candidate has a strong Christian faith and will thrive in a role that supports the daily operations and strategic efforts of the Human Resources office with some support for the VP of Finance. This position calls for a highly organized proactive and missionaligned individual who can effectively manage administrative responsibilities coordinate HRrelated projects and events and support department communication and documentation. As a key contributor the Sr. Administrative Assistant helps ensure smooth HR operations fosters connection across teams and reflects the ministrys core values of a servant heart being a proactive team player and pursuing excellence in every task. Will consider EA candidates as well TOP ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT - Manage and maintain the calendar for both the VP and general HR events scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel plans as needed.
- Manage the administrative aspect of all benefits offerings to include enrollments terminations and changes on a variety of platforms ensuring information is current and accurate. Reconcile monthly bills to the HRIS reports.
- Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the utmost discretion; maintain data privacy and company policy standards.
- Assist in the implementation and planning of HR initiatives and events including allstaff meetings monthly huddles biannual InGathering holiday events employee recognition and training providing resources scheduling and catering as needed.
- Maintain confidential files and documents uploading into the HRIS system efiles and regular file folders as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support by answering inquiries as much as possible; schedule appointments conferences events interviews or other appointments as needed.
- Oversee project timelines deliverables and deadlines for HRled programs and deliverables (e.g. performance reviews success plan open enrollment etc. keeping manager abreast of progress
FINANCE SUPPORT - Assist with calendar management for key meetings including financial reviews audit committee meetings and board prep sessions.
- Process and facilitate forms related to permissions to get donations for each state on an annual basis working with the respective vendors
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS - Associates College degree preferred or some college with work experience equivalent to same
- Four or more years of experience as Sr. admin or 8 years admin assistant experience with history of increased responsibility
- Experience working for HR and/or Finance executive strongly preferred
- Intermediate to expert level skill and experience with MS Office suite including MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with a wide variety of people in a pleasant professional and courteous manner maintaining good working relationships with fellow employees as well as outside vendors and associates
- Strong writing skills to effectively convey ideas and directives in a concise and positive style
- Demonstrated ability and tact at handling confidential and highly sensitive company and employee information
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to work a minimum of a 40 hour workweek plus additional as required to complete assignments on a timely basis.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while talking on the telephone using computers for typing and entering data up to 3 4 hours at a time.
- Must have good communication skills (i.e. communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English).
- Must be able to see with or without corrective lenses.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 10 pounds maintaining files and documentation requires stooping as well as carrying and/or lifting materials.
