Job Description
Description of the role:
Due to upcoming retirementsGlennBuege Chevrolet is seeking a detailoriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Accounts Payable and Receivable. This position involves managing the financial transactions of the company related to automotive accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Ensure timely and accurate payment and receipt of funds
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with monthend closing and financial reporting
- Answering phones
- Cashiering
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation range of $15.00 $18.00 per hour based on experience. Other benefits include health insurance retirement plans and opportunities for career growth within the company. Paid Training period with current long term team member.
