Position Overview:
We are seeking a program manager who is passionate about working closely with customers to solve missioncritical challenges. In this important role you will be engaging directly with our customers managing project timelines and budgets and working hand in hand with engineering finance contracts and production to deliver customer mission success. As a program manager you will be the hub of critical relationships powering the engine of growth and success at ARKA Group.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex satellite communications programs from contracts through and delivery
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering contracts business development operations to ensure programs are running within scope and on schedule
- Liaison between the customer and engineering to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met through project lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong program pipeline work with customers to understand their future missions needs and how AKRA can be a part of that vision
- Maintain data integrity which includes project milestones SalesForce opportunity and business projections
- Oversee and manage multiple programs at the same time including budgeting contracts scheduling and risk management
- Building strong and meaningful relationships with our customers
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program/project management working with engineers in aerospace defense or similar industry.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple customers and programs
- Exceptional leadership time management facilitation and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field (engineering computer science industrial technology or similar field)
- Experience in satellite communications satellite systems or RF communications
- Basic understanding of satellite communication principles
- Experience managing software programs
- Experience working with US Space Force NASA NOAA or NRO
- Proficient use of the Atlassian tool suite
- Experience using SalesForce to track opportunities
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
Pay Range: $110000 $170000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a casebycase basis and may vary based on the following considerations: jobrelated knowledge and skills education and experience.
