Were looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team at HYUNDAI of PRINCETON!
This position will providesupport to multiple departments within the dealership by completing administrative tasks and light customer service tasks. Our ideal candidate is organized flexible and enjoys working in a team environment.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare daily deposits
- Create purchase orders
- Sort and forward mail
- Organize and file titles and sale documents
- Stock in vehicles
- Scan documents for electronic storage
- Data entry
- Coordinate tasks with other team members
- Assist dealership with providing outstanding customer service
Qualification Checklist :
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a customerfacing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective computer and phone skills
- Working knowledge of Word Excel Outlook
- Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Independent with the ability to work well on a team
- High attention to detail and problemsolving skills
