Job Description
Reviewing commercial residential development plans for consistency with general plan zoning ordinance local coastal program state local ordinances/regulations. Process development permit applications including use permit applications tentative map applications lot line adjustments. Compliance with city ordinances regarding design architecture landscape & other criteria. Conduct environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Work on Complex Coastal Development Projects. Process zone text zone map general plan amendments.
