Job Summary:
The State Income/Franchise Tax Senior Consultant (Senior Consultant) works with a team to provide complex consulting services to corporate clients. The Senior Consultant identifies tax opportunities and provides tax analysis for a wide variety of entities and their affiliates. The Senior Consultant also identifies tax implications driven by client operations and works with management to develop solutions for clients.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting and/or Finance required with two to four years income and/or franchise tax experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position requires limited supervisory responsibilities including training employees assigning work and checking work for accuracy and completeness.
