The Protech Group is seeking an Operations Assistant who will be responsible for the ongoing functions related to purchasing and manufacturing records. Duties include but are not limited to :
Creating new supplier accounts
Placing orders
Ensuring delivery deadlines are met
Verifying invoices processing returns
Issuing material to production batches
Answering phones
Greeting guests
Screening solicitors
Providing administrative support to Inventory Control Payroll and Shipping and Receiving.
Required Skills: Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent strong keyboarding skills specialized knowledge of general office and business practices including Microsoft Word and Excel accounting auditing records and data management perception to discern significant items in verbal written and numerical materials detect errors in correspondence and reports and ability to work as a team member. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
