Job Description
So it is our pleasure to announce that we are currently seeking afulltimecandidate for the role ofCustodialMoverto join ourteam!
By ICL definition a CustodialMover is responsible for cleaning all areas of an assigned facilitywhile attending to minor building maintenance and repairs. This individual will also transport office equipment and/or residential household items for relocation services. activities tasks and equipment/vehicle usage vary according to the season and individual needs of the program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- VALID State Drivers License Photo ID NY NJ CT or PA preferred
- No Education Required and/or OSHA 30 Certified a plus but not mandatory
- Available 5 Days Min. b/w Monday to Sunday Days Hours and Location: TBD
- Strong communication writing and conveying skills bilingual is a plusbut not mandatory
- 2 years of custodial AND moving experience knowledge of safe and efficient cleaning and moving methods preferred
- Proper attire at all times this includes work pants boots and outer/innerwear with the ICL company logo (provided after training)
- Following all safety guidelines per the performance of the tasks mentioned below
CUSTODIALMOVER TASKS:
- Pest Control maintain vigilance against pests and report the need for special pest control
- Moving storing packing loading repositioning furniture and removing large objects off the floor
- Restrooms restock toilet tissue and other dispensers empty trash sanitize fixtures mirrors toilets etc.
- Proper use of industrial equipment like floor buffers and industrial floor washers to clean and finish floors
- Cleaning dusting mopping sweeping vacuuming buffering windows gum/dirt removal trash and so on
- Knowledge of responsible and safe cleaning product usage ie: clorox ammonia isopropyl alcohol and more
- Heavy Lifting Pushing & Pulling of up to 25 lbs the ability to bend kneel squat and stand for long periods is aMUST
- Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift ensure completion of assigned cleaning schedule tasks within each shift
- Attend to and fix minor building issues (i.e. leaky faucets faulty light switches flooded areas incidental spills and related cleanup work
- Trash check all containers before moving them recycling maintain removal systems including rotation of garbage receptacles and replace liners
- Groundskeeping outside duties such as lawn mowing bush trimming snow removal (shoveling) keeping lawns or sidewalks clean mowing grass raking leaves and tending to ornamental gardens etc. as needed
- Perform other jobrelated tasks as assigned in an organized and detailoriented manner
