Assistant Customer Service Manager
Full Time
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason Ohio were hiring for key positions to begin training at our existing stores! This is a unique opportunity to get a head start gain handson experience and be a part of the foundation for our newest location. These very important positions are our last chance to interact with our customers so its an opportunity to make them feel welcomed and satisfied that they chose to shop at Dorothy Lane Market.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Front End team! This position requires someone with cashier experience excellent customer service skills and leadership qualities to assist in running the daytoday operations of our Front End. Hours for the position are full time and require some evening shifts as well as weekend availability.
Training for this position will take place at one or more of our existing stores.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in the daytoday operations management of the Mason Front End
- Provide excellent customer service
- Solve customer issues and inquiries in a timely fashion
- Assist in building a strong team and demonstrating servant leadership
- Serve as a positive role model for our cashiers and carryouts
- Assist in hiring training and developing new DLM associates in Mason
- Assist in scheduling for the Front End and collaborating with other departments when help is needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and HardWorking.
- A good working understanding of DLMs operations and a passion for our company culture.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong proactive problemsolving skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and computer skills.
- Previous customer service and leadership experience.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 40lbs.
