THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a fulltime salary (exempt) position with a starting salary of $45000 per year. Hours are MF 7:00 AM 3:30 PM with additional hours as business needs require.
This position requires travel up to 50 of the time. We value your worklife balance and also being home on the weekends.
The official internal job title will be Logistics Team Member but this is position that has various responsibilities. Meaning driving / loading & unloading / warehouse work / processing electronics etc.
The perfect fit will be someone adaptable who loves being a team player.
Whenever youre not on the truck youll jump in to help our teamwith processing the product we get in from our clients.
Were looking for a safe courteous and customerorientedindividual.
Sometimes youll stay local but other times pickups may take you a couple hours away or a couple states away!
We also may ask you to travel between ER2 locations for additional support as business needs fluctuate by location.
So this person must be willing to travel as needed by truck or by plane! (You of course will be given as much notice as possible before each trip.

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Follow planned daily route based on pickups assigned
- Provide excellent customer service when picking up from clients
- Safely and securely load transport and unload goods
- Keep up with daily communication with clients partners and team members via phone and email
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records
- Utilize multiple sources to research and assess resale value of electronic products received
- Sort non valuable products into appropriate containers
- Operate forklifts pallet jacks power lifts or frontend loaders to load bales bundles or other heavy items
- Clean and maintain company vehicles as well as supplies tools equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide assistance or direction to other departments
- Utilize internal communication tools to reach other departments
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to lift push pull maneuver or carry heavy objects as needed 70100 lbs
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours
OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid drivers license
- Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- The ability to speak/read English fluently
- Clean criminal record
- Must pass a drug screen upon hire:
- This position is responsible for some safetysensitive duties (operating company vehicles/heavy machinery) and therefore requires a commitment from the team member to be completely drug free please keep this in mind before submitting your application.
- Overnight travel is required and may be up to 50 of the time depending on routes and assignments
- Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (Medical Card) or be willing to obtain one after accepting an offer of employment and prior to start date:
- The DOT Medical Card indicates physical qualification to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
- If applicable ER2 will provide time guidance and cover the cost to complete this requirement in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Excellent driving and navigation skills
- Experience driving larger vehicles is a definite plus not required (will be driving a 26foot box truck)
