Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Development Partner to join our team. This crucial role involves partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify design and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to key stakeholders understanding their needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships across various levels of the organization serving as a trusted advisor in all matters related to learning and development.
  • Learning and Development Consulting: Assess learning needs through consultations and design tailored learning solutions. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative solutions.
  • Coaching Skills and Leadership Development: Provide coaching to leaders and teams enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness. Develop and implement leadership programs to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to learning and development. Equip leaders and teams with the tools and strategies to adapt to and drive change.
  • Talent Development Processes: Oversee and improve talent development processes including performance management 360 feedback cycles and succession planning. Ensure these processes align with organizational goals and contribute to talent growth and retention.
  • Learning Program Management: Oversee the management of learning programs from inception to completion. Ensure the effective allocation of resources and alignment of programs with business objectives.
  • Design and Facilitation: Create engaging and impactful learning programs. Facilitate learning sessions workshops and seminars ensuring high levels of participation and knowledge transfer.

Youll be a great fit if you bring the below with you:

  • Proven experience in learning consulting coaching and managing change.
  • Strong capability in managing talent development processes.
  • Expertise in designing and facilitating comprehensive learning programs.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role or in a learning and development capacity.
  • Relevant certifications in coaching learning design or change management are an advantage.
