Job Description

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented Principals solicitors and support staff and further develop your skills and career within a fun and supportive work environment.

You will be part of a dynamic Taxation and Private Advisory team with direct access to dedicated Principals and Senior Associates and could develop your skills across all areas of tax and revenue advice and private client work.

Key Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Income tax and state based revenue advice;
  • Superannuation advice;
  • Business advice Corporations Act advice and documenting transactional arrangements;
  • Drafting transactional documents for clients;
  • Client relationship management;
  • Assisting with and attending marketing and business development activities;
  • Managing client relationships and providing highquality service to clients;
  • Working collaboratively with other teams in the firm.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 13 years post admission experience with experience across a broad range of tax private client or corporate and commercial matters.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
