Youth Evaluator (Summer) Program Innovation
Job Summary
The Youth Evaluator (Summer) is a parttime contract role for a former Tim Hortons Foundation Camps participant who is interested in elevating youth voice in evaluation at Tims Camps. In this role the successful candidate will assess and provide feedback from a youth perspective on current evaluation tactics to improve future programming and organizational practices. Additionally this role will design and execute their own evaluation project based on Tims Camps strategic priorities. This role will report to the Director Program Innovation.

Work Location
Depending on the successful candidate this role may be entirely remote or a hybrid role. If hybrid this role will be based out of the Home Office location in St. George Ontario. Working hours will be agreed upon and documented upon acceptance of an offer. The oneweek contract November 10th 14th 2025 will be for conference attendance and travel to Kansas City Missouri United States.
