We are representing a highly regarded Commercial Disputes Resolution team with specialist expertise in domestic and international disputes including international arbitration and highvalue crossborder litigation across various sectors such as energy construction tech corporate and life sciences.
Their expertise covers a wide range of areas dealing with highvalue and complex disputes arising from: international arbitration energy and waste financial services insurance (claimant and defendant) data protection corporate and commercial litigation major projects professional negligence contentious insolvency matters and reputationalmanagement
The Role:
Due to strong client demand and career progression of existing team members there is now an exciting opportunity for a seniorlevel lawyer to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hardworking and selfmotivated lawyer who can demonstrate exceptional legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be eager to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload. You will be adaptable organized enthusiastic and eager to learn with commercial litigation and arbitration experience along with an interest in business development. A good referral network or following would be advantageous depending on your seniority.
