We are looking for a product marketing leader with a deep passion for creative products and generative technologies who love building things from scratch in a highly dynamic environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and matrixed organizations is able to influence product and engineering teams rigorously and autonomously develop strategic points of views to inform the product roadmap.
What Youll Do
Responsible for Firefly growth (User Engagement Monetization Partnerships
Partner closely with product management on defining product strategy and Fireflypowered innovation across our ecosystem
Define the critical metrics for measuring success across Firefly product marketing activities
Act as a change agent guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment
Cross functional collaboration understand internal dynamics and partner deeply with both Fireflys cross functional teams and Adobes digital media teams (Photoshop Premiere... at senior and working team levels.
Product Performance/Health drive deep understanding of your product performance and partner with analytical and Go To Market teams to unlock growth opportunities.
Subject Matter Expertise Develop deep expertise in the Generative/Creative AI categories to be able to influence executive level team members and contribute to decision making
Research & Insights Collaborate with Data Science UX Research Corporate Strategy and Marketing analytics team to support your work and craft executive level presentation
What You Need to Succeed
12 years of experience in product marketing product management consulting or a related field with a strong background in software especially AI.
Selfstarter and proactive leader with 8 years of building highly effective teams and managing people.
Exceptional communication skills capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Analytical and strategic problem solver adept at using data to inform decisions.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic matrixed environment.
Passionate for emerging technologies and knowledgeable about the GenAI landscape.
Bachelors in Marketing Econ Business Technology or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
