A day in the life * Lead endtoend design strategy for complex highimpact Prime initiatives from conception through launch * Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the design vision for nextgeneration Prime experiences * Drive customercentric innovation through deep understanding of member needs behaviors and pain points * Develop sophisticated interaction models workflows and prototypes that set new standards for usability * Mentor other designers and elevate the overall quality of design across teams * Champion datainformed design decisions while maintaining relentless customer focus * Build strong partnerships across Product Engineering Research and Business teams * Contribute to design systems and patterns that enable consistent scalable experiences

8 years of design experience Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity Have an available online portfolio Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards Experience designing customer facing retail products
Experience acquiring user data (e.g. conducting usability studies performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps Experience with handson visual design Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
