Lead and manage an Enterprise Account Team passionate about TMobiles Enterprise Sales growth and revenue generation. Empower and mentor team to drive strong performance results.

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales oversees a team of strategic sales professionals who focus on large Enterprise and Global accounts with over 1000 employees with a primary focus on F1000 businesses. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise this role is accountable for developing and implementing a strategy that drives revenue and sales growth across these key accounts. This includes a comprehensive plan for using TMobile for Business products and solutions such as Voice Data UCC and IoT & Connected solutions to achieve subscriber revenue and customer retention objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Were seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Leader to guide our team of Enterprise Client Partners in securing new business with Fortune 1000 companies. Youll be pivotal in driving wireless voice & data services sales the Internet of Things (IoT) and innovative TMobile Network solutions.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the Charge:Empower and guide a highperforming team of Enterprise Client Partners encouraging a collaborative and resultsoriented environment.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement winning sales strategies to increase revenue achieve corporate objectives and expand our market share.

  • Building Relationships:Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and decisionmakers (Csuite buying influencers) to secure longterm partnerships.

  • Mentorship Matters:Coach and mentor team members nurturing their skills and driving peak performance.

  • Talent Acquisition & Development:Actively recruit top talent build a strong sales team and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous growth.

  • CustomerCentric Focus:Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage TMobiles innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.

  • Optimizing the Sales Funnel:Prioritize business opportunities craft effective sales strategies to drive growth and ensure revenue targets are met with precision.

  • Expanding Our Reach:Build highlevel relationships and develop strategic plans to expand our presence within the Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs segment.

  • Consultative Selling Expertise:Employ a consultative approach to identify new sales opportunities and position TMobile solutions to drive maximum value for enterprise customers.

  • Account Management Prowess:Develop comprehensive strategies for existing accounts leading sales cycles to fulfill longterm client needs.

  • Crossfunctional collaboration:Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Location:

  • Due to the teams location this leadership position is a hybrid opportunity based onsite in Downers Grove IL.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 47 years of Sales Management Experience (Required)

  • Less than 2 years of Outside Sales Experience

  • 24 years of Technology Sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)

  • 24 years of Prospecting/Account Management

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Sales Management (Required)

At least 18 years of age

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $191800 $346200 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $134260 $242340

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location TMobile employees in regular nontemporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
