Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) is the technology team at the core of each of Blackstones businesses and new growth initiatives. Event Description:
Blackstone is the worlds largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and longterm value for our investors the companies we invest in and the communities in which we work. Blackstones Women Innovators Program is an immersive oneday experience in our Miami office that provides participants early exposure to the technology sector through interactive information seminars networking and skillbuilding sessions.
Program participants will meet and interact with technology and recruiting professionals as well as members from our Womens Initiative and Employee Resource Groups to give an overview of our businesses and company culture. Participants will also learn more about Blackstones Technology and Innovations Summer Analyst program opportunities.
Blackstones Women Innovators Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2026 Spring 2027 who are interested in exploring a technology career in the financial industry.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the 2025 Women Innovators Program applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 Spring 2027
- Available to attend the full program in Miami on Thursday AprilAM5PM).
