Were offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a school leaver to begin their career in our Worcester office as a Trainee in Private Client Tax. If youre practical detailoriented and genuinely curious about how tax impacts real lives this could be the perfect start to your journey.
About the role:
- Youll begin your studies towards the ATT qualification fully supported by Ballards and on successful completion youll have the opportunity to progress to the CTA qualification.
- From day one youll work closely with experienced tax professionals and partners gaining exposure to a wide variety of client situations including highnetworth individuals trusts and estate planning.
- No two days will be the same youll be helping to deliver bespoke solutions across income tax capital gains tax inheritance tax and more while developing trusted relationships with our clients.
- Youll be part of a supportive team that challenges and encourages you.
About you:
- Bright ambitious individuals with As and Bs at GCSE and ALevel
- A genuine interest in tax personal finance and helping people manage their wealth responsibly
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and mature mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own transport (due to client visits and office location)
