Job Description

VENDO is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) that is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to join their team! As a Growth Strategist youll play a pivotal role in managing toptier TikTok Shop accounts at VENDO. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Seller Center and your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth for your book of business through multiple strategies including product optimization affiliate engagement and recruitment and managing TikTok Shop marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Director of Account Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key TikTok Shop accounts spearheading strategy to fuel growth on the platform
  • Handle all facets of Seller Center including end to end account management in the affiliate portal
  • Launch cold start brands on the platform in addition to established brands managing shop set up account health and affiliate outreach and recruitment
  • Build detailed reports outlining affiliate outreach and growth in addition to advertising and organic growth on the platform
  • Create marketing and promotional calendars for all clients and proactively recommending TikTok Shop campaign opportunities to the brand
  • Actively manage all projects within ClickUp meeting all deadlines for client deliverables
  • Work closely with the Director of Account Strategy to bring on new affiliate partnership and innovation opportunities
  • Lead all biweekly client meetings and prepare meeting decks in advance of each call that includes summaries of affiliate performance revenue targets and profitability
  • Create margin analyses for all clients to understand their profitability on the platform
  • Build CRM of VENDOs inhouse affiliates through relationship management efforts
  • Research content trends and top performing affiliates using TikTok Shop tools

Required Experience:

  • 2 years in account management influencer marketing or digital marketing with a strong strategic mindset
  • 2 years of experience in a client facing role in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing brands on eCommerce including Shopify Amazon or .
  • Passion and understanding of creator marketing and User Generated Content (UGC)
  • Collaborating with creators and nurturing affiliate relationships
  • Understanding of project management softwares like ClickUp Asana or Trello
