Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee SCM Supply Planning!
Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers organization structures and key metrics. Welldeveloped interpersonal / communication skills.
Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others.
Understand supply chain & procurement principals.
Experience in multiechelon inventory optimization.
Responsibilities
Balance resources vs requirements.
Seasonal / LTO supply planning: Analyze historical data LTO effectiveness.
Supply planning response to customer / product segmentation: Initial analysis & updates.
Support monthly and Sales and Operations Planning workbooks for Product Business Teams.
Analyze and review inventory stocking policies and strategies quarterly in order to minimize spoilage maximize service and maximize inventory turns.
Analyze inventory investment costs and trends to ensure they are in alignment with departmental and company objectives.
Analyze total delivered costs (manufacturing and distribution) and recommend and implement changes process and strategy to achieve lowest Supply Chain cost
Provide inventory management support.
maintain consolidated view of inputs across manufacturing materials and logistics
ensure fill rates goals are met or any variance minimized according to received prioritization logic for constrained capacity.
Plan material actions to ensure production needs can be met minimizing shortages to ensure customer delivery targets are met.
Support creation of a monthly supply review meeting S&OP support.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in business administration (or educational equivalent) Operations Management Supply Chain Management engineering or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience in Job Offered Fulfilment Planning or related field (which experience must have included supply chain or fulfilment planning experience with perishable materials or materials having a short shelf life advanced planning systems for enterprise resource planning and financial analysis and network modelling.
Experience with Blue Yonder and/or other Advance Planning System experience preferred.
APICS affiliation and/or certification.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Working knowledge of any of the ERP & Planning systems like SAP JDA BY APO etc.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Supply Chain related experience in Supply Planning preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company.
Knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI Tableau.
